Please take a moment to read the following important information to help make your weekend as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The following events will be conducted over two rounds and aggregate (round 1 – Friday, round 2 – Saturday), with prize money and points awarded for each round and the aggregate:
Prize money will be allocated as:
All remaining events will be conducted as straight-out contests.
All prize money other than State of Origin and Mazda Relay Challenge will be paid directly through ABCRA.
Competitors must collect their:
from the Competitors Office prior to competing.
The State of Origin competition will be conducted as an invitational event.
Invitations will be emailed directly to eligible competitors. We strongly encourage invited competitors to accept their invitation, as the State of Origin is one of the showcase events of the weekend and is highly valued by both our competitors and the local community.
The following awards will be presented:
Winners will receive buckles/sashes and prize money
Not a part of ABCRA All Round Titles
All events will be conducted under current ABCRA Rules and Regulations.

For the safety of all participants, competitors are asked to follow directions from rodeo officials at all times.
No access to arena prior to Friday
Competitor Passes
Each competitor will receive:
Passes will be emailed to the contact details recorded with ABCRA.
Competitors must enter through Gate 2, enter in the left lane and go to Gate 3. (no competitor entry via Gate 1)
Junior Companion Passes
Junior competitors aged 11 years and under will receive:
The pass will be emailed to the registered ABCRA companion.
Companions must attend the Competitors Office on arrival to receive their wristband.
Competitor Camping
Competitors wishing to camp in the designated competitor campground do not need to book online. Competitor camping area is only for immediate family or max 2 friends.
Competitors arriving before Wednesday 8 July who plan to camp must notify the Campground Check-in Office (0438 126 416) or the Rodeo Office (4092 1583) before setting up and will be charged the applicable camping rates. Camping is free from Wednesday 8 July to Sunday 12 July.

Horse Yards & Temporary Fencing
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the grounds clean and safe for everyone.
After the competition wraps up, we invite all competitors, families, officials, and supporters to relax and enjoy the atmosphere at the Great Northern Hill Bar.
Open until 12 midnight on Saturday (no under 18 after 10pm), it’s the perfect opportunity to catch up with fellow competitors, celebrate the weekend’s achievements, and enjoy the camaraderie that makes the rodeo community so special.
No tickets are required – everyone is welcome.
