Available anytime between 7th – 14th July 2025 to support festival and rodeo activities
A positive, proactive attitude and team spirit
A basic understanding of workplace health and safety, or a willingness to follow
guidelines
Comfortable working in warm weather

Bar (must have RSA)

Previous volunteer experience is wonderful (though not compulsory)
Flexibility in relation to role type or availability
Relevant skills (e.g. customer service, administrative, trade etc.)
Enthusiasm!

Weekend pass to the rodeo (minimum 4 hours shift to be completed)
Quiet unpowered camping area for volunteers
And a whole lot of fun and entertainment for our fans.

Individual Volunteer Form

Community & Sporting Group Volunteer Form

We’re inviting local community and sporting groups to be part of this year’s Rodeo! Volunteering as a group is a fantastic way to give back, show your team spirit, and support one of the region’s most exciting events. A monetary donation will be made to your organisation/club/community or sporting group (amount will be based on the numbers/hours worked)

Whether your group can lend a few hands or a whole crew, we’d love to hear from you. There are plenty of roles available — from event setup and marshalling to guest services and behind-the-scenes support.
