We’re inviting local community and sporting groups to be part of this year’s Rodeo! Volunteering as a group is a fantastic way to give back, show your team spirit, and support one of the region’s most exciting events. A monetary donation will be made to your organisation/club/community or sporting group (amount will be based on the numbers/hours worked)
Whether your group can lend a few hands or a whole crew, we’d love to hear from you. There are plenty of roles available — from event setup and marshalling to guest services and behind-the-scenes support.

We’re inviting local senior students to be part of this year’s Rodeo! Volunteering is a fantastic way to give back, gain valuable experience, and be involved in one of the region’s most exciting community events.
Volunteering at the Rodeo is a great opportunity for students to build confidence, develop teamwork and communication skills, meet new people, and gain practical hands-on experience that looks great on resumes, job applications, and future career pathways.
There are plenty of roles available both in the lead up to the Rodeo and during event weekend — from event setup and guest services to marshalling, merchandise, and behind-the-scenes support. Students who volunteer will receive a weekend pass to the Rodeo (minimum shift requirements apply).
